Principle of Conditioning

Automatic Cone Packing System has modules for automatic wrapping of conical or cylindrical yarn packages in polythene film and packing them in HDPE bags or carton boxes.

MANUAL WEIGHT BALANCING

Function

With this Manual Weight Balancing system, the workers can select cones of right weight and feed to packing.

  • Manual selection of right cones.
  • Shade variation can be identified with the UV chamber.
  • Uninterrupted supply of cones for wrapping

Function

This system with a capacity 240 cones (20 trays and 12 cones in each row) stored manually are moved to wrapping module.

The programmable weight indication system ensures that of weight of cones remain within tolerance

Wrapping

Function

Automatic wrapping of conical or cylindrical yarn packages with outer diameter in the range of 150 to 270mm, in polythene film. The cones are packed smoothly to be firm till they reach end user for unwrapping for use.

Bagging

Function

Wrapped cones are placed as per preset matrix with cone base & nose placed alternatively.

Matrix capacity - 4 rows max / 5 columns max

The cones are moved into pre-positioned bags and filled bags are automatically tilted to be easy for workers to stitch & unload.

Boxing

Function

Cones are placed into manually opened boxes as per preset matrix with a partition s sheets. The filled boxes are automatically transported for further process like sealin, strapping, weighting and labeling.
