Quality charts and control procedures for individual components, assemblies and machines are meticulously laid out. Trained Quality Control Engineers are backed by precision measuring instruments to ensure the quality of the final product, quality that meets international standards.

Equipped to excel

Sieger is fully geared up to meet customer requirements cost effectively. Their facilities are state-of-the art. The machine tool section includes vertical machining centre with a capacity of 4.3 M. Precision CNC laser cutting system and CNC sheet metal equipments. Finishing line with pre-treated and powder coating. Fabrication has a host of welding outfit and plate rolling facility. QA lab with metrology equipments and systems are as per ISO standards.

In fact, Sieger’s customer service starts even before the equipment is delivered to the customer. Service Engineers are deputed to the site for finalization of layouts and to get a clear idea of processing parameters. Erection and Commissioning of the equipment is done with utmost care and proper training is given to operators.

Constant up gradation of searching methods and workshops for Service Engineers also form an integral part of the service activities.
